So Sweet

White base card with red edge done with a Martha Stewart Punch. The Ribbon is from Poppicrafts. The stamp I bought from someone but not sure where it originates from. I layered it using Nesties and coloured the seeds of the strawberry with Promarkers.
Many thanks to Elizabeth for letting me know that my stamp is from the Magnolia Range.

Wedding Day

I was asked to make this wedding card and was not really sure if this is what they want but I am sure they will tell me if it is not. I think it is quite plain and simple and plenty of white space.
I started with a white base card and added a lilac layer. The sentiments were printed directly onto another layer of white card and I added lilac peel-offs to the corners. The ribbon is from the Fizzy Moon Collection and I have cut the shapes with nesties labels 4 and added some gems.

Black & White

I seem to be struggling with the Less is More challenge as I feel my card needs something else , maybe a sentiment but not sure where to place it. Maybe if I had made a different shaped card it might be better. Enough waffle. White base card with a plain black card layer. Image is from Habico stamped in momento ink and layered onto a silver star embossed card. I have added a white ribbon and bow made with my bowmaker. Not usually successful with it but I think it looks okay. Mandi and Chrissie make some fantastic card and I am certainly not it their league but I am trying!!! LOL!!! Any comments or suggestions would really be appreciated.

Black, White & Red

I have used a white base card with backing paper from a Debbie Moore CD. The sentiment tag was printed on the PC and cut and layered with a old red sizzix die. I have added a red ribbon from my stash to the tag. I cut the poinsettias from a Marianne Creatable Die. The snowman stamp is an old stamp I had tucked away in my box and it is a Personal Impressions one designed by Dawn Bibby. I stamped him with Momento Tuxedo Black and heat embossed him with black embossing powder. I coloured his hat and scarf with a Promarker 'Poppy' red pen and cut and layered him out with nesties.

Circles Again

This is my second card for the Less is More Circles Challenge. I have to agree with Mandi that my last card was a bit intricate for Less is More so decided to give it another go. I hope this will will be better. LOL!!

Something with Legs

Well over at 'Less is More' this week we had to make a card with legs on it. I have chosen this Popcorn the Bear, although he is sitting down he has two legs. I printed the sentiment direct from the PC using the 'TwizotHmk' font. I have coloured the image with Promarkers and added a thread for the fishing line. You can see I have added a very thin ribbon down the side and that is only because I smudged the ink when stamping. LOL!!!

Two Cards

Another week has gone by and I missed last weeks challenge so I have two cards for you today. Bowling seems to be taking over my life at the moment and crafting is coming second at the moment. Anyway here is my card for this weeks 'Less is More' challenge which is the 'Shades of Blue'. I have used a navy blue base card and the image is from Pollycraft Designs 'Little Chapz Pirates' and he is coloured with different shades of Blue Promarkers. I have layered him onto a lighter shade of blue card and added some blue gems in one corner. The sentiment is done on the PC and printed in Blue.
I am entering this into Pollycraft Designs Challenge No.99 - Make A Splash

This is my second card and I should have entered this into last weeks challenge at 'Less is More' for their sketch challenge. I have used a silver hammered base card with a velvet Christmas Ribbon and added three Marianne Creatable Snoflakes with some gems added to the centre of each one. Sorry this is a bit late but don't like to miss out on any of Mandi and Chrissie's challenges as they give me great inspiration and get my mind going. LOL!! If I have one!!!!
