I have just treated myself to a Sizzix Eclips. I am a novice when it comes to this type of machine but with the help of Sue [playingwithpaper] on the Docrafts forum I am getting there. She has given me a lot of good pointers with Ecal so I think I need to purchase that as well. This is my very first card made with the new machine. White base card with backing paper from my stash. Snowflake border is a memory box die. Merry Christmas was cut with the Eclips and layered onto a white embossed layer and then a red layer. Over at less is more this week there is a sketch challenge and this is what I have come up with. I cut an A4 card to make a square card and then added the embossed square with a scalloped centre to which I have added a black card. The flowers are from £1 land with a brad from my stash. The happy birthday sentiment was donated to me.
